Hello from the B&V team! We are a small group of people passionate about local food, fresh sourdough, herbal remedies, poetry & community.

Jennifer Jubin

Bliss & Vinegar emerged from Jen’s belief in slowing down and paying attention to the things that matter. “I wanted to create a community space where people feel connected to their food and each other. I feel so fortunate to live in the Adirondacks and believe in business that supports the preservation of the environment and wilderness. While it may seem disconjointed, B&V is my attempt to in harmony with nature from sourcing locally, to using natural preservation techniques, herbal medicine, and inspiring creative community.”

Kass Hanford

Kass and Jennifer have been a strong, ADK mother daughter duo since 1991. Kass is 110% back-end kitchen witch, supporting B&V with only the love a momma could. When not running between mixers and timers in the back, you can find her at Eb & Flow Farm in Upper Jay among the flowers, herbs, chickens, and goats that will soon be producing more of B&V’s raw ingredients.
